<p>Footsteps is an advanced pedometer that accurately counts steps and calories burned while walking or running. It is user-friendly and can be conveniently placed in your pocket, hand, or a case. It does not require any special belt but functions optimally when used with one. This app also operates in the background of your device, ensuring accurate tracking even when you forget to open it after turning on your iPhone or iPod. Additionally, Footsteps is compatible with Apple Watch.</p>

  <li>On iPhones, turns off the screen to conserve battery when placed close to the body, in a pocket, or inside a case</li>

<h2>Workouts</h2>

<p>In Footsteps, your activity can be organized into workouts. You have control over when to start, pause, reset, and save your workouts. If desired, you can disable workouts entirely and let Footsteps capture your steps whenever the app is running (<em>Settings -> Use Workouts</em> switch set to OFF).</p>

<h2>History</h2>

<p>The History module allows you to review your activity records grouped by months, weeks, days, or workouts. You have the ability to add, edit, delete, and share this data using various methods such as email (with CSV attachment), SMS, Twitter, or Facebook.</p>

<h2>Apple Health App Integration</h2>

<p>You can configure Footsteps to provide steps, active calories, and distance data to the Health App/Activity App. Furthermore, Footsteps can synchronize weight information with the Health App.</p>

<h2>Apple Watch</h2>

<p>Footsteps is fully compatible with Apple Watch. All activity tracked by the watch can be seamlessly transferred to Footsteps. Additionally, when Health Kit integration is enabled, the app contributes to your Activity Rings.</p>

<p>Footsteps offers a comprehensive built-in help system that includes a frequently asked questions (FAQ) section. If you require further assistance, our support team is readily available. Simply tap "Help" within the app and then select "Feedback" to send us an email detailing your issue.</p>
